The purpose of the diversity dialogues is to facilitate discussions about diversity by building awareness and understanding, uniting staff, and enhancing the inclusivity of all within the organization and communities we serve. This will be a session that introduces a wide variety of diversity topics, and gets feedback from participants about future Diversity Dialogue content and topics.
