First, a special thanks to those of you who took the time to share your thoughts with us. We received just over 100 responses and appreciate your feedback. The FCC Culture Club and Senior Leadership Team has spent hours combing through the responses, reading each comment, discussing themes, and identifying areas for improvement.
Below you will find the responses to each question in a graph and percentage format reflecting participant’s ratings on the scale provided. Additionally, the main themes from the comments provided are included. Most questions had over 30 comments and the full report is over 25 pages long, in an attempt to share more effectively we have summarized the main themes from each section.
Furthermore, Culture Club has recognized that many comments were related to concerns that could be alleviated through better communication and timely sharing of information on key topics. There are some things already underway such as developing a schedule for senior team presence in various locations, sharing information from board reports and continuing the “Desk Of” write ups from the Senior Leadership Team. In the following months Culture Club in partnership with Senior Leadership Team will be posting information on the following topics: FCC Financial Structure and Situation, Wages, Raises & Benefits, Employee Recognition Program, Training & Wellness, Agency Communication, and Supervisor Training.
