Sara is a fantastic staff that has proved her ability through her strong work ethic and rapport with the kids. Sara’s experience on the unit has allowed her to develop consistency and strong skills that not only allow her to work well with the residents but also support her fellow staff. This experience has also driven Sara to do fun day to day activities with the residents. Sara is a rock and a great aspect of the Youth Home Staff.
Sara has shown dedication to the youth home by working as a direct care staff for over two years. Sara is able to take suggestions and incorporate them successfully into how she runs a shift and how she performs as a direct care staff. Sara has shown solid consistency over the summer by completing all responsibilities each shift and communicating with other staff members if something needs to get done. Sara does not let herself get easily manipulated by our clients and plays a key role in the training of new staff.
