I am pleased to announce that we will provide a 3% increase effective Sunday, August 9, 2026. The increase will be reflected in the pay you receive on Friday, August 28th, 2026. I am proud to let you know that this increase is earned every day by the difference we make in our clients’ lives.
In keeping with the practice established previously, to be eligible for an increase you:
- Have not received an increase since January 1, 2026, and
- Have not received written discipline since January 1, 2026
Additionally, a number of unique commitments have been made in the recent past that called for specific action in those cases relative to an annual adjustment. Anyone receiving an increase will receive an individual email notification confirming the change. If you have any questions about this change please contact your supervisor.
