Rowan McGlasson, Systems Specialist, will be leaving the agency as of Friday, April 9 and will not be replaced. As of next Monday, April 12, there will be two new contacts for EHR support and the phone system. Katie Butterfield, Revenue Cycle Team Lead will be responsible for all components of the Electronic Health Care Record software, and will get support for compliance adherence such as consent and record releases from Jen Eads, Training and Quality Improvement Coordinator. Jen will also be the contact person for telephone issues going forward.
