As a follow up to the recent brainstorming meeting, and as mentioned by Tita in her recent Tita Talk, we are looking for employees to participate in a short-term group to address the following, lead by a member of the senior team as indicated:
- Increasing OP presence – Leah
- Adding Groups as a way to promote FCC capabilities and OP demand – Mary
- Recruiting improvement – Rich Petro
- Better use of Social Media to build awareness and donations – Ellen
Each group will have 2 or 3 meetings (you can attend in person or virtually) to solicit further thought on how we should define each group, identify additional thoughts on that topic, and what you want to see as next steps for each item.
If you are interested in participating in one or more of these groups – virtually or in person – each topic is a link which will take you to a form for entering your name. Group leaders will reach out with date, time and link for follow up meetings. If you are not able to participate in a meeting, feel free to share your ideas with the group leader so it can be brought up.
