Are YOU using the correct Wi-Fi access point?

Using the strongest signal will give you the best experience. The most important thing is that wherever you are in the building, make sure you use the strongest available signal. If, for example, you move from an office to a conference room, you need to make sure you’re not still connected to the far-away router by your office, but rather the one nearest your meeting location.

If you have any questions regarding which access point you should be using, or how to make sure that your device is connected to the strongest signal, please reach out to Jen Eads or Mike Senn.
