- All FCC programs have specific training requirements including how many training hours are required annually. You can find these training requirements on the Depot under Staff Development > Training & Education > Program Training Requirements. For most programs staff need to have 20 hours annually.
- All staff must complete at least one hour of training annually in each of the following categories: Trauma Informed Care, Diversity, and Self-care/ Wellness. You can find training opportunities in these categories on Relias, in the community, or relevant publications/documentaries, etc.
- If you complete a training on Relias or attend an internal live training, please record this training on your time-sheet through Ascentis and label it as a “Relias Training” or a “Live FCC Training”.
- If you attend an external training (not through Relias or at FCC) this also needs to be recorded on your time-sheet through Ascentis so it can manually be added into Relias and you can get credit for training hours.
- To enter a training, go into your timesheet and in a new row enter the training date, paycode (18[Training]), and under UNITS, enter the # of training hours. Don’t forget to press Save once you have everything entered.
- After that is complete, in the Notes bubble, enter the name of the external training you attended. These units will not be paid in and of themselves, but will be part of that day’s work hours.
If you have a training question please contact Kenzie Beyer at kbeyer@fccnetwork.org.
