Please check our your annual training requirements, listed on the Depot → Staff Development → Training & Education → Annual Program Training Requirements and compare it with what you have completed in Relias. If you find a discrepancy in your transcript and what you have completed or you have any other questions, please email Jen Eads.

To the right are trackers For Self Care, Diversity and TIC, required by all FCC employees. All you have to do for these is send jeads@fccnetwork.org an email and tell me what you took/did that meets the requirement. For example: you did a 5k and want to count an hour of that toward your wellness requirement, send me the date and times and I will mark it complete. Another example: for diversity you completed a training in Relias. Tell me which training you took and the date you completed it and I will mark it complete.

Each department has a set number of hours that employees must complete annually. Approximately 5 of your hours are accounted for through Medicare Fraud, Civil Rights, Trauma Informed Care, Diversity, and Self Care. The remaining hours should be made up from training relevant to your position. This can come from podcasts, videos, books, Relias, etc. To access the modules available to you on Relias log in and on the menu to the left, select Course Library. You can then search by keyword or narrow down the available courses using the filters.
