Announcement of Internal Promotions

FCC recently filled two positions which support all locations and programs – quality improvement/compliance and electronic records. Additionally, we were very fortunate to have an opportunity to promote two internal employees.

McKenzie Scoville has been promoted to Coordinator of Quality Improvement. Kenzie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from UW Stout prior to joining FCC in 2014. She is in the process of transitioning from her Program Assistant position at Residential Services in La Crosse while a replacement is identified, and is expected to be completely moved over to her new role by the beginning of the year.  She has begun work on an updated approach to the PQI process and will be communicating the new approach once it’s complete. Our goal is to have the updated version in place by the start of the second quarter of 2016.

 

 

Melony JohnsonMelanie Johnson has been promoted to EHR Project Manager. Melanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and just recently completed her MBA at Viterbo.  She joined FCC in May 2012 and spent a year as a Direct Care Staff in Residential Services, then became a Family Support Worker in our In Home Safety Services program.  Melanie Is already starting her EHR duties while transitioning her current cases in IHSS, but she is still in the learning phase.
