2023 Employee Survey

Annual Employee Survey – Let’s change it up!

We conduct an employee survey every year, and your input helps us identify areas where we can improve and things we should celebrate. This year, instead of conducting the survey and evaluating the results on our own, we have decided to partner with an outside organization to perform the survey. The beauty of this arrangement for all of us is that we will benefit from the insight of professionals who do this kind of work regularly. In addition, the survey results will be used to determine our eligibility for the Great Place To Work certification! As part of this effort, our results will be compared to many other organizations to establish a suitable baseline for us, but more specifically, to better evaluate our agency. Bottom line, we will use our survey outcomes to improve our recruiting efforts, but also to continue our work to having the best employment experience possible.

The survey questions are proprietary and could not be shared with us ahead of time, but we believe you can expect questions that will not differ very much from those you are used to. The survey will only take you about 10 minutes to complete.  You will have the opportunity to add comments, and as always we encourage you to make use of the comment sections to provide additional insight about your ratings. Individual responses are anonymous and so feel free to be honest and candid. Our most valuable source of insight about the employment experience is YOU – whether you just got here or have been here 10 years your input is key to this process.

In the coming week you will receive an email inviting you to complete the survey. The email will contain a link to the survey so please be watching for it. As an aside, we hope to “sweeten” the pot if we can meet or beat last year’s response rate of 75%. Ice cream will be served as a reward – complete with all the trimmings! Thanks in advance for your participation in the survey and we look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks for all you do,

Tita
