2021 Employee Survey

It’s that time of year again – time for the annual FCC staff survey, but with some important changes that will make the survey friendlier!

The most important change you will notice is that this year’s survey is much shorter than surveys of the past. We have reduced the number of questions, leaving us with 16 important questions. My hope is that you will not have to invest too much of your valuable time in completing the survey, and the items that remain will give us a good perspective.

For those of you who may have joined FCC in the last year or so, here is what you should know:

  • Once each year we poll FCC staff for their perspective on a number of issues with the intent of identifying opportunities to improve the employment experience
  • Our most valuable source of insight about the employment experience is YOU – whether you just got here or have been here 10 years your input is key to this process
  • Individual answers are anonymous – comments are an important component of this project but we won’t know who they came from

The link below will take you to this year’s on-line survey. As mentioned before there are 16. Most of them are multiple choice, and another handful are open-ended questions. All of them, however, include an opportunity to include your comments regarding the question at hand or your answer.  I encourage you to make good use of the “comments” opportunities – the background provided really helps us better understand the ratings.
