I’m pleased to announce that effective July 21, 2019, an annual pay increase of 2% will go into effect. The increase will be reflected on the pay you receive next Friday, August 9, 2019. As in the past, the increase will not apply to those who during 2019 have been hired, had an increase of any kind, or received a written correction.
This change recognizes a number of things we are all thankful for. We have seen improvements in our census in key programs, expenses have been carefully managed, and our relationship with a number of funders continues to demonstrate progress. Our financial results still have to get better, but the numbers are showing signs that the work we do is on the right path.
