⭐Years of Service Recognition Program⭐

As we value staff’s commitment and dedication in serving our communities and their needs, Family & Children’s Center is launching a Years of Service Recognition Program effective April 1, 2024.

We are saying thank you!

Employees will be recognized for years of service annually on April 1st based on the following list. Employees will receive a gift card that can be used pretty much anywhere.
  • 5 years – $100
  • 10 years – $150
  • 15 years – $250
  • 20 years – $350
  • 25 years – $450
  • 30 years – $550
  • Years beyond 30 – $650

We will also award a $50 Kwik Trip card to employees with 1 year of service as of April 1st. We want to assure we get everyone off to a well-recognized start!

We are also going to introduce a 15 Year Club. Using the April 1 cutoff date, we will honor employees who have completed 15 years of service with a luncheon off site. This luncheon will be hosted by the President/CEO and HR Director. The luncheon will be held in the second half of April – if you fit the bill, be on the lookout for your invitation!
To get this kicked off, we will start with a catch up for employees so nobody is overlooked. If you fall into one of the categories listed below, you will receive a gift based on your category:
  • 1 – 4 years  –  $50
  • 5 – 9 years –  $100
  • 10 – 14 years – $150
  • 15 – 19 years – $250
  • 20 – 24 years – $350
  • 25 – 29 years – $450
  • 30+ years – $550
Watch for an annual list to be published around the beginning of April that identifies employees and their milestone achievement. This year will be a large list as we provide a catch up cycle, but you will be able to see where everyone falls.
