Last Wednesday, the staff at GVC gathered for an Oktoberfest themed potluck and dined on delicious dishes! We recently completed our first round of Town Hall Meetings. We introduced these meetings as one of several steps to bolster communication and transparency at the agency. Town Hall meetings will be conducted twice each year, with the next round scheduled for March 6, 2017.  Following the meetings, we will share meeting notes with everyone

Many Youth Home residents attend Central High School, where students recently celebrated Homecoming with themed dress-up days.  Staff had fun supporting the residents by dressing up with them! Here are a couple pictures of staff captured by Unit Supervisor, Kaitlyn Hamann.

The Clothesline Project is a display created by The Women’s Resource Center. A shirt is created and displayed representing every person murdered statewide as a result of domestic violence.
