We Want To Hear From YOU!

Time to solicit your opinion on a variety of things related to improving the employment experience at FCC. We look forward to the survey each year and are looking forward to what you have to tell us.

We are continuing the survey format from last year – it is much shorter than surveys of the past and will typically take you about five minutes to complete. We did add one question this year to solicit ideas you may have about improving employee interaction, so there are a total of 17 questions. I truly believe you will not have to invest too much of your valuable time in completing the survey, and the questions we ask will provide meaningful feedback.

For those of you who may have joined FCC in the last year or so, here is what you should know:

  • Once each year we poll FCC staff for their perspective on a number of issues with the intent of identifying opportunities to improve the employment experience
  • Our most valuable source of insight about the employment experience is YOU – whether you just got here or have been here 10 years your input is key to this process
  • Individual answers are anonymous – comments are an important component of this project but we won’t know who they came from

The link below will take you to this year’s on-line survey. As mentioned before there are 17 questions. Most of them are multiple choice, and another handful are open-ended questions. All of them, however, include an opportunity to include your comments regarding the question at hand or your answer.  I encourage you to make good use of the “comments” opportunities – the background provided really helps us better understand the ratings.

For a final bit of encouragement, we have set a participation rate goal of 60%. In other words. if 60% or more surveys are returned we will have an ice cream party at all FCC locations! The survey will be open until Thursday, July 7. Thanks in advance for your participation in the survey and we look forward to hearing from you.
