Mental Health Practitioner needed FT to provide individual, group, and/or Family Skills at our Winona, MN location as well as in the community.
Duties include:
- Teaching and practicing mental health skills with children ages 3-17
- Working with caregivers to learn the same skills and provide support to families
- Maintaining client file documentation in accordance with DHS licensing standards
- Crisis prevention and de-escalation
- Coverage and support to our Day Treatment program in Winona, MN for school aged children
- Working with a great clinical team to assess needs and develop treatment plans
This position has great flexibility in schedule and offers a paid clinical supervision. This is a great opportunity for individual who may have just graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field; as well as those who have experience and are looking for a new opportunity.

Requirements:
Must qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner by having a bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
Also must have strong computer skills, be a team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
