Respite is seeking a FT Case Manager.

Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and certifying respite providers
- Training providers
- Following up with providers after respite episodes
- Completing assessments on youth referred to the program
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- Position includes on-call during weekends and weeknights on a rotating basis.
- Certification as WI social worker is preferred
