Facilities is seeking a FT Supervisor
Responsibilities include:
- Management of 8 locations within WI and MN, including (but not a complete list):
- Assuring all buildings are maintained and repaired timely, efficiently, and cost effectively.
- Supervision of all Facilities staff – approving bi-weekly timesheets, managing time off, schedules, performance reviews, discipline, etc.
- On-call for after hour occurrences, as needed
- Approve all purchases, and code with proper account codes
Requirements
- Experience with supervising,, leading, and managing a team of 5-10 staff
- Extensive experience and knowledge of computer software i.e. Microsoft Office, Work Management systems, and email systems
- Knowledge and experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction preferred.
