Fall 2022 Open Enrollment

Individual emails have been sent out that invite people to Open Enrollment Meetings we will be having next week. Benefit plan changes will take effect October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.

 

We will have an increase of 7.9% in the premium for our medical plan and 5% in our vision plan. Certainly nobody likes expense increases, but we can be thankful that our rates continue to be better than average – our premium increase is about half of what others are seeing.  We will also be announcing a cash clinic option for all full time employees (i.e. benefits eligible) that will start January 1. This benefit will reimburse up to $120 during 2023 for cash clinic expenses. Watch for more details on this benefit plan around the beginning of December.

 

If you are a full time employee, or part time and working an average of over 20 hours per week (required to qualify so voluntary benefits), you should have received a letter. If you were expecting an email but did not get one please check with Melissa.
