Health insurance coverage is available to full-time staff. Insurance is provided by Quartz with an option of a HMO and/or POS.

A health savings account (HSA) is also provided in conjunction with health insurance coverage. This account may be used for medical, dental, prescriptions and other health care needs. Family & Children’s Center contributes monthly, $75 for single coverage and $150 for family coverage. Additionally, employees may elect to have money directly deposited into this account pre-tax through payroll deduction. Merchants Bank manages all HSA accounts.
